Sunlover PontoonĀ is located at Moore Reef on the Outer Barrier Reef.
Sunlover’s ponton at Moore Reef is easily accessed from Cairns on the Sunlover catamaran. Sunlover Pontoon is known for its shallow lagoon, lots ofĀ fish and marine life and beautiful corals. The Sunlover pontoon is a spacious pontoon, with a great water slide. Sunlover leaves at 9:30 am giving you a bit more time to sleep in and returns approximately at 5:30 pm. The boat trip is fast taking under 90 minutes. This tour is suitable for families, children and all ages.Ā
What Sunlover activities are included in the ticket price?
Sunlover activities that are included in the ticket price are, snorkeling, glass bottom boat, underwater observatory, semi-submersible, touch tank, enclosed ocean pool ideal for children and adults. There is a fantastic lunch. In addition there is water slide popular with children of all ages .You don’t pay extra for these inclusions they are included in the ticket price. Sunlover Introductory Diving
Sunlover introductory diving is a buzz and no prior experience is necessary. We currently have great savingsĀ this month on introductory diving. You must be medically fit, this include no asthma or no taking prescription medications. Minimum diving age is 12 years plus.
Sunlover Certified Diving
Sunlover certified diving caters for certified divers. Certified divers at the Sunlover pontoon will experience a variety of different dive experiences, including: wall, channel and drift dives as well as diving through caves and drop offs. There is great diversity of corals and large schools of fish. The dive tender takes you to the choicest dive locations. With Sunlover certified divers are able to do 2 certified dives. Full dive gear is provided.

Helmet Diving on Sunlover
Helmet Diving on Sunlover is ideal for those who are unsure about diving, are a non swimmer or a nervous diver. Experience being underwater surrounded by fish and marine life yet staying dry. Seawalker helmet dive is a fully escorted experience which takes you 3.5 meters below the sea level

Guided Snorkeling Tours from Sunlover Pontoon
Guided snorkeling Tours from Sunlover Pontoon are great for first time snorkelers. Very informative and patient marine biologist takes you on a guided snorkeling tour out from the Sunlover Pontoon, showing you beautiful corals and marine life in theĀ shallow lagoon. The guided snorkeling tour goes for about 35 minutes. You are in a small group of up to 6 snorkelers, this is a great way to learn about the reef as well as for those who need assistance in the water

Helicopter Flights from Sunlover Pontoon
Helicopter flights from Sunlover Pontoon allows you to see the reef from a total different angle its a once in a life time experience. On a helicopter flight from the Sunlover Pontoon, you get to see spectacular Outer Great Barrier Reef views.
From the air spot turtles, manta rays and even whales in season. Ask us about adding a 10 minute scenic helicopter flight from the pontoon onto your booking or ask about a 25 minute fly cruise option which is fly out to the pontoon by helicopter and return by boat or the cruise fly option to the Sunlover pontoon which is cruise out by boat and return by helicopter. Don’t want to take a boat to or from the pontoon, then ask us about the very special Sunlover fly/fly option to the pontoon and back by helicopter.
